2. Turin cycle path along the Ceronda
A nice short stretch of cycle path (partly asphalt and partly dirt) can be done along the Ceronda stream, just about ten minutes away from the J Hotel.
Go along the north side of the ancient village of Venaria and from there you can then reach the pedestrian area that leads to the Royal Palace.
3. Bike paths in the Pellerina Park
Not far from the J Hotel in Turin there is also the Parco della Pellerina, the largest city park in Turin.
Here it is a real pleasure to ride in the green and, thanks to the already completed stretches of cycle path, it is possible to continue up to the Dora park following a green cycle path that runs along the Dora Riparia, the second river in Turin.
4. Bike paths in the Chico Mendes Park
A little less than six kilometers from the J Hotel is the Chico Mendes di Borgaro Park, where you can easily walk two stretches of asphalted cycle path that cross it in its entirety.
There is also the possibility of taking a path inside the park along the banks of the Stura di Lanzo.
If you want, once you have covered the entire park, you can continue on low-flow paths in wide streets up to the Parco della Mandria, covering another seven kilometers.
5. Crown of delights
A 112-kilometer loop cycle path (but you can decide to cover only a stretch) that can be done starting from Venaria Reale, to discover the parks around Turin, and the delights that these areas have to offer. The itinerary is very simple, almost all on asphalt, and crosses beautiful green areas: the Mandria Park, the Meisino Park, the banks of the Dora Riparia and those of the Po, with the Valentino Castle in the background.
